Telephone Support
Telephone support services are available to all Packet Media customers without requiring any advance notice or arrangements.
Telephone Support services are available during normal office hours (9 to 5, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays).
Telephone Support is provided on Premium Rate lines charging £1.50 a minute. Calls last no more than 30 minutes.

Remote Technical Support Via Dial-In
(Only available for ISDN30 equipment)
Remote Technical Support (i.e. ‘dialling in’ to a gateway and performing diagnostic and reconfiguration procedures) is available – without need for a support contract – to all customers who have the relevant equipment and remote access facilities.
Remote Technical Support is available during normal office hours (9 to 5, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays).
Remote Technical Support is charged at £22.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
